Digital Products

INADAPT currently sells digital products, including downloadable books, guides, printable educational materials and digital bundles. No physical product will be shipped when an item is described as a digital product, PDF or digital download.

Before completing the purchase, the customer expressly consents to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledges that, once access to the file has been provided or the download has started, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost.

For this reason, digital products that have already been delivered, accessed or downloaded cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind, an accidental purchase or failure to use the product.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights if the digital content is defective, incomplete, different from its description or not delivered.

If a file cannot be downloaded or opened, please contact us at

inadaptshop@gmail.com 

, providing the order number and a description of the problem. We will first attempt to resolve the issue or provide a correct replacement file. Where this is not possible, the remedies required by applicable law, including a refund where appropriate, will apply.

Duplicate purchases of the same product may be refunded after the duplicate payment has been verified.

Future Physical Products

This policy currently applies to digital products only. If INADAPT begins selling physical products, the applicable return conditions and the statutory right of withdrawal will be clearly provided before those products are offered for sale.
